Position

Reporting to the Logistics Manager, the Warehouse clerk manages inventory and prepares orders for Canadian customers. This person performs quality control, manages inventory movements and prepares shipments to Canada and the United States. The person must also be multidisciplinary, as he/she could be called upon to help other operational departments when needed.

Responsibilities

  • Ship daily orders from our Canadian customers;
  • Respond to inventory requests from our internal customers;
  • Receive and quality control frames received from suppliers;
  • Prepare inventory transfers (customs papers, shipping, etc.);
  • Manage the inventory of our different locations (physical and system inventory) to help the BonLook team achieve 100% reconciliation between the virtual and real world;
  • Prepare daily shipments to our stores;
  • Receive and process returns and redos in order to give a second life to the frames according to their condition;
  • Perform simple analytical tasks for inventory and order management to improve operational efficiency;
  • Support the laboratory and distribution center team in their tasks when necessary;
  • Participate in the implementation of continuous improvement projects;
  • Any other related task.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of a high school diploma;
  • Relevant experience in logistics (an asset);
  • Functional bilingualism (French and English);
  • Excellent computer skills;
  • Autonomy, initiative, creativity and positive attitude;
  • Demonstrate excellent time and priority management.
  • Ability to work in a warehouse environment while standing and occasionally lifting loads.

  • Permanent full-time position from Monday to Friday;
