Job Title: System Analyst - CSJ position

Reports to:General Manager

Location:YMCA of Lethbridge, Cor Van Raay YMCA

Job Summary

The System Analyst serves the mission of the YMCA of Lethbridge at the Cor Van Raay YMCA by implementing the preventive maintenance plan for operational assets. The main goals of this position are:

1. Implement strategies, audits, data logs, and communication tools for preventative maintenance plan

2. Auditing processes and policies to ensure our standards, procedures, and sales strategies are aligned and efficient

Nature & Scope

The System Analyst will support the operations, the responsibilities for this position are, but not limited to:

· Develops and coordinates the implementation and administration of planned, preventive, and predictive maintenance for equipment, machinery, and tools

· Coordinating planned and preventative maintenance schedules with operation leaders

· Reviewing the asset management system to ensure maintenance is being completed to maintain warranties and reduce deficiencies

· Analyzing key performance indicators and communicating trends with the leadership team

· Providing strategies to ensure service standards are being met and maintained

· Providing an enjoyable experience to users while building positive relationships with members, patrons, volunteers, and other YMCA staff

· Demonstrating ‘SAM Standards’ daily throughout the facility

· Attending all required YMCA training, recertifications and in-service trainings

Qualifications and Experience

· Expert knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite programs

· Excellent organization and time management skills

· Self-starter with the ability to prioritize workload

· Evidence of an acceptable Police Information Check

· Evidence of an acceptable Child Intervention Check

· Three professional references required

Contract length: 12 weeks

Part-time hours: 20-35 per week

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary

Pay: $18.00 per hour
