We are looking for a Sr Manager of Creative Services who will assist in the development of creative, strategic and impactful advertising, including but not limited to TV, Radio & Print. This requires creative process management and project management skills to see the creative through production to air.

Position responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Managing the creative production of TV/Radio/Print advertising from concept through distribution throughout each channels creative process. This includes, but is not limited to national, local, global, and test promotions.
  • Work closely with the agency(s), media and distribution to deliver and traffic all creative accurately and timely
  • Work collaboratively with Category, Media and Consumer Insights to ensure that advertising creative is delivering on strategic intent and communication priorities.
  • Route all creative through internal teams and systems for final approvals, including the internal Advertising Review Board
  • Working with the agency, marketing and media to ensure talent is being purchased the most efficient and cost effective way possible.
  • Manage and review production estimates and invoices, billing/invoice processes
Additional Functions:
  • Assist in managing and or manage the Creative Service Assistant Managers & Specialists in any/all projects or daily responsibilities
  • Present creative to internal executive staff, including CMO and VP’s Brand Strategy.
  • Ability to present creative in front of department-wide launch meetings
  • Understand and apply consumer insights/data of advertising into actionable feedback/results.
Skills and abilities required:
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Demonstrated willingness to take initiative in getting the job done
A successful candidate will have:
  • Bachelors Degree Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Journalism, PR
  • 3-5 years in role experience
  • Travel -10%
