About You

We are looking for someone who has worked with global teams to successfully launch and scale enterprise products and are passionate about delivering product that customers love.

Responsibilities:
  • Shape the product roadmap and work with the UX/UI Designers, Customer Success, Onboarding, Sales and development teams to ideate, collaborate and innovate new software features
  • Focus on the growth and development of the WellnessLiving platform while driving product innovation through contribution of new approaches and ideas
  • Translate business needs into user interfaces and flows to build a world class software solution for the health and wellness industry
  • Implement executive decisions on the development team’s priorities to deliver the highest impact projects
  • Create and maintain complex product roadmaps, backlogs and supporting documents that enable mixed teams to deliver work against the plan
  • Ensure that the developed solutions are well aligned with WellnessLiving strategy
  • Lead the product release plans and set expectations for delivery of new functionalities
  • Integrate usability studies, research and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction
  • Manage all support tickets for assigned Product features or functionality
  • Test and attempt to replicate issues to determine outcome for key system inconsistent behaviors
  • Participate in daily CRB meetings and Manage meeting upon request
  • Prepare requirement documents as assigned
  • Complete Document Review tasks as assigned
  • Escalate critical bugs and feature requests
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager within SaaS and/or Health & Wellness industry
  • Post-secondary Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Proven expertise leading a product team and growing revenue
  • Technical knowledge in software development
  • 3+ years of experience developing B2B technologies, and/or SaaS products
  • Strong analytic background in a product capacity
  • Proven performance working in an agile environment
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing and conflicting priorities
  • Solid understanding of responsive design, web standards, UX/UI best practices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
