Teacup Tech Systems is looking for a Senior Business Analyst

Duties of Senior Business Systems Analyst:

· Must have knowledge and experience in the use of information and communications technologies.

· Must have knowledge and experience in strategic planning and change management.

· Will lead and/or participate in grant and research proposal writing, presentation(s)

· Will lead and/or participate in the development and presentation of business/value cases.

· Will lead and/or participate in the development of business requirements to support business/value cases

· Liaison (representation) for the organization on regional, provincial and national committees.

· Must have excellent communication skills (oral and written) including the preparation of research and grant proposals.

· Will assist in the development and implementation of solutions to meet the strategic objectives and goals

· Possess experience in stakeholder management and collaboration

· Contributes business perspective to project teams

Supervision:

· May work independently or under the general supervision of a Program Director

• · May direct the work of other business and/or systems analysts.
