About The Role

What You’ll Do Here

We are looking for a Security Analyst who will play an important role in supporting our growth.

• Act as a subject matter expert in security incident response.
• Act as an expert in security initiatives to ensure the collection and centralization of security events for the development of new surveillance and investigation cases.
• Participate in the cybersecurity incident lifecycle from preparation to post-mortem.
• Document alert management processes for previous levels of response.
• Collaborate with infrastructure teams to improve our defense controls.
• Will be expected to participate in the 24/7 support rotation along with other team members.
  

Qualifications

What you bring to the table:

• Good sense of initiative.
• Ability to prioritize multiple events occurring simultaneously.
• Positive attitude, team player and willingness to learn.
• Experience working in a security operations centre as a level 2.
• Experience with several of the following technologies: Azure, AWS, Active Directory (AD + AD Azure), Intrusion Detection and Prevention Systems (IDS/IPS), Firewalls, Web Application Firewalls (WAF), Web Filtering.
• Demonstrated commitment to training, self-study and maintaining technical cybersecurity skills.
  

Assets And Preferences

• Have a minimum of five years of experience in information technology, including at least three in the field of information security.
• Hold a security-related certification (CEH, GCIH, GCTI, GCFE or equivalent).
