Role and Responsibilities

We are seeking a full-time Sales Administrator.


Reporting to the Sales Contracts & Administration Manager in our Fish Tracking division, the Sales Administrator is responsible for the timely processing of customer orders. Our ideal candidate must have exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks. As a contact point for customers and internal departments, the sales administrator will answer queries about products, orders, and deliveries, while also providing support for sales representatives.


Working in a collaborative team environment the responsibilities of the sales administrator are:

  • Processing orders via email, phone, and online
  • Maintaining sales, customer, and account records
  • Following-up on orders and shipments
  • Liaising with production and shipping to ensure timely order delivery
  • Developing monthly reports
  • Checking data accuracy on orders and invoices

Required Skills and Experience


  • 5 years in a general office environment (sales department preferred)
  • Excellent organization and multitasking skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • A dedicated team player
  • Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Suite: Excel, Word, Power Point
  • Experience with ERP Accounting Systems such as Syspro (preferred)
  • Experience with Sales CRM Systems such as Salesforce (preferred)

Education
Business diploma from Community College or University or equivalent work experience
