Compensation is base salary. We also offer Paid Time Off, Health & Dental Benefits Package, Life Insurance & 401K Savings Plan).

As our RMA Data Administrator, you will administrate all aspects of the customer RMA process, be responsible for Sales Order creation, RTV (Return to Vendor) management, and service parts inventory management and work closely with Operations and Service team under the guidance of the Operations Manager

You will
  • Enter and process Sales Orders and RMAs daily
  • Ensure timely and accurate data entry in ERP system & Salesforce
  • Update RMA statuses and correspond with stakeholders
  • Coordinate tracking of RMA with Service and update Sales Force as needed
  • Serial number verification and maintenance
  • Provide operational support as required to all team members within the department including but not limited to Service, Scheduling, Logistics and Purchasing

Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year working experience in manufacturing environment
  • Strong familiarity with ERP system and CRM system
  • Reasonable understanding of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
  • Good verbal & written communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy
  • Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with team members
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Ability to analyze situation and react quickly
