We are a growing company looking for a hardworking, self-motivated individual who has amazing people skills, a focus on quality, and treats each project as if it were their own family home. The chosen candidate will work closely with the current project manager and owner to integrate into our current systems and processes.

Responsibilities:

- Plan, execute, and manage projects from start to finish

- Delegate duties and responsibilities to crew foreman

- Determine the necessary equipment, materials, and manpower required for the project

- Order materials from suppliers and dumpsters from disposal services

- Determine and allocate resources to ensure that they are available when needed, throughout each project

- Ensure quantity take-offs from estimators are accurate

- Continually communicate updated schedules to customers, foreman, and estimators

- Resolve issues, in a timely manner, as they arise during projects

- Conduct on-site checks to monitor progress and ensure quality standards

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes

- Communicate daily check-ins with all crew foreman to ensure all required materials and equipment are on-site

- Must have a valid ’G’ Driver’s License

- Experience using a CRM is preferred

Expected start date: 2021-11-08

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $65,000.00-$90,000.00 per year

Education:

• Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:

• Construction: 5 years (required)
• Project management: 1 year (preferred)
