Wage: $21.63

Shift Schedule:

Tuesday - 8:30 am to 3:30 pm, Activity Services

Wednesday - 8:30 am to 3:30 pm, Activity Services

Thursday - 8:30 am to 3:30 pm, Activity Services

Friday - 8:30 am to 4:00 pm, Activity Services

Saturday - 7:00 am to 1:30 pm, New Meadows

Under the direction of the area supervisor, manager or executive director, the support worker assists, teaches and supports individuals in volunteerism, employment, recreation, leisure and life skills in residential and community settings. They will ensure quality services, adapt to meet the specific service requests and perform duties specific to assigned locations. We are looking for someone who can bring new and exciting adventures to our organization. Someone who enjoys being outgoing, creative, and flexible to changing situations. You will help facilitate problem-solving, communication, and teamwork.

Responsibilities:

Make an effort to establish a relationship of trust with every individual, Work to establish a positive work environment for all staff and individuals, Sharing workload, craft preparation and cleaning duties, Abide by all of Pathways Abilities Policies and Procedures, Work with or without supervision in a collaborative, cooperative, and effective manner with people with diverse-abilities, Safely transport people to and from sites using your vehicle or a Pathways vehicle, Treat individuals with courtesy, dignity, and respect. Employees have to have and/or be willing to obtain within one month of being hired (Qualifications):

Valid CPR / First Aid Certificate, TB Skin Test, Hepatitis B Inoculation, Proof of COVID19 Vaccine Passport, Doctor’s Certificate of Good Mental and Physical Health (**physician who has known you for at least two years**), Food Safe Certificate, Valid Class 4 Driver’s License, Drivers Abstract, Business Class Car Insurance, Daily Use of a Vehicle, Satisfactory Criminal Records Search, Transfers and Lifts may be a requirement of the position.
