POSITION: OFFICE MANAGER/SERVICE ADVISOR
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES TO INCLUDE:
MANAGERIAL DUTIES:
· Direct Communication/Organization with Andy regarding Shop Policies and Procedures
· Organization and maintenance of all General Office Requirements
· Utilizing Excel and Word
· Reception/Customer Service
· Daily Cash/POS Management/Banking Duties
· Recording of Staff Time Clock/Payroll Hours
· Develop and implement marketing strategies
· Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses
· Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints
· Recruit, hire and supervise staff
· Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
· Inventory Control
· A/R organization/management
· A/R Collections/Management
· A/P organization & data entry
· A/P Month End Statement Reconciliation
· Preparation of Monthly Payroll Records for Bookkeeper
· Preparation of Month End A/P for Bookkeeper
· Disbursement of Monthly A/P Payments (pre-authorized/online/visa/mail)
· Preparation of Month End Reports for Bookkeeper
· Management of Manulife Benefits Program, Bursaries, Employee Information
NOTE:
Possibility/Opportunity - Take on Bookkeeping/Payroll Duties as well as above duties at a future date would increase Wage/Salary
SERVICE ADVISOR DUTIES:
· Coverage of Service Advisor/Shop Manager Tasks as required for holiday and sick/medical relief
· Scheduling of Appointments (Shop Schedule Management)
· Production of Estimates for Repair/Work Orders/Invoices/Credits Utilizing Protractor/AutoServ1/Alldata Software Programs
· Production of Estimates for Repair
· Parts Ordering/Return
· Inventory Control
WORK SCHEDULE:Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
SALARY: $4,000 Monthly (Mid-month draw available upon request)
BENEFITS: Applicable after 3 month waiting period (as set out by Manulife)
TRAINING: Available at the Discretion of Management. Registration Fees, Travel and Accommodations costs (not to include meals) paid by Andy’s Auto Centre (2011) Ltd
START DATE: As soon as possible

Yes, all customers and employees must wear a mask when entering the office . Proper plexiglass shields have been installed for protection. Cleaning schedules set for extra precaution.

- Administrative experience: 3 years (preferred)
- Office Management: 1 year (preferred)
