General Labourer

POSITION SUMMARY :

We will provide training to the right candidate for the role of Machine Operator/Production. In this role you are responsible for printing and finishing of a product. The goal is to keep this department running in an efficient and profitable manner, to increase customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention and to exceed their expectations.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Manage IAC standards for quality and consistency for all products
• Follow IAC’s procedures and standards for operating and maintaining machinery
• Trim Graphics as per instructions found on docket
• Package graphics as per instructions found on docket
• Adhere to IAC’s standard turnaround time
• Preprare files for printing via RIP(Caldera)
• Operate Vutek & EFI equipment
• Operate Mimaki equipment
• Operate Zund equipment
• Operate HP Latex equipment
• Maintain a clean work environment

KEY QUALIFICATIONS :

• Excellent communication skills(Verbally and Written)
• Thrives in a challenging and fast-paced environment
• Ability to work as a member of a team or individually as required
• Ability to multi-task
• Detail-oriented, punctual, consistent, productive as well as efficient
• Print experience is an asset
