Qualifications

  • Enjoys preparing and working with food in a fast pace environment
  • Communicates effectively verbally
  • Must be a quick learner and have a positive attitude
  • Enjoys the restaurant environment and interfacing with customers.
  • Good at prioritizing and multi-tasking
  • Can problem solve

Responsibilities

  • Performs preparatory work such as cutting meat, skewering meat, mixing sauces, and making vegetable garnishes
  • Restock all items as needed throughout shift and clean/maintain station while practicing good safety and sanitation skills
  • Prepares products quickly without sacrificing quality
  • Adheres to outlined healthy and safety procedures
  • Memories menu items and ingredients to ensure consistency and accuracy
  • Greet customers, take their orders, tender cash, and operate a register.
  • Communicates openly with management about concerns regarding workflow and equipment
  • Measure the right amount of ingredients required for food preparation
  • Operate large-volume cooking equipment such as flatbed grills, fryers, and stove top
