Who is a Gym Manager?

As a gym manager, your responsibilities are day to day operations of the fitness facilities; such as training new and existing staff, pay roll, customer satisfaction, with majority focus on sales-- ensuring training and memberships departments are profitable and exceeding monthly, weekly and daily targets.

*MUST have a passion for health and fitness.

Job Summary:

• Must be a strong leader, create a positive presence for yourself within the club.
• Responsible for maintaining a clean, friendly and professional club, and delegating tasks when needed.
• Responsible for the financial management of the club, such as-- payroll and training/sales departments.
• Ensure revenue goals are achieved.
• Responsible for the recruitment, training and the overall performance management of all associates.
• Ensure completion of all administration is n accordance with company standards and deadlines.
• Responsible for covering shifts at the front desk when needed and offering superior customer service.
• Ensuring a positive, happy, drama-free and motivating environment for staff and members!

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $18.50-$25.00 per hour
