Job Description

What You’ll Do

You are the voice of TD and your role is to:

Think Like a Customer by matching products, services and solutions to each customers’ unique needs, and solving problems at first contact; delivering legendary experiences and trusted advice.

Act Like an Ownerby contributing to an engaged culture that is focused on delivering business results and contributing to our communities.

Execute with Speed and Impactby coming into work at your scheduled time and meeting your customers’ needs while protecting the Bank from risk.

Innovate with Purpose by listening, asking questions, and finding ways to simplify the way we work; solving problems effectively the first time.

Experience & Education Requirements
  • High School diploma,
  • Undergraduate degree and/or 1+ years relevant experience

Your Commitment

Location – 1600 James Naismith Dr Ottawa ON

Training Commitment (Full time hours)

Training is mandatory and is scheduled at 37.5 hours per week for full-time colleagues for 8 weeks. (Training hours of Monday to Friday 11am-7pm)

Scheduling Commitment

Full Time – 37.5 hours a week during business hours. Business hours are Monday to Sunday, 7am-12am

Hybrid Role

You will begin your employment at home and continue working remotely temporarily given you meet the requirements which include but are not limited to a quiet workspace, use of personal phone and the required internet bandwidth. You must reside within the Ottawa-Gatineau region.

This role is not a permanent work from home position. This is a hybrid role that will require you to work from the office on select days.The expectation is that you will be able to come to the office with little to no notice, contingent on business needs and expectations, and based on public health recommendations.
