Position Overview:
We’re seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Beauty Consultant to guide our clients through their aesthetic journey. The ideal candidate has a keen sense of beauty trends, an understanding of skincare and cosmetic procedures, and a talent for building strong client relationships.

What responsibilities are common for Beauty Consultant jobs?

• Recommend suitable treatments, products, and skincare regimens tailored to individual client requirements.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, treatments, and products.
• Collaborate closely with our medical team to ensure clients receive holistic care.
• Participate in training and development opportunities to expand product knowledge.
• Manage client records and ensure that follow-ups are conducted promptly.
• Meet and strive to exceed individual sales targets.
• Manage cleaning, re-stocking and moving boxes as part of display maintenance.
• Maintain excellent clinic appearance and assist with clinic merchandising to provide a positive visiting experience for our clients.
• Maintain a professional clinic environment and communicate inventory issues.
• Give honest, tactful feedback and guidance to clients on beauty products.
• Influence clients by identifying their needs and suggesting products/treatments to drive sales.
• Build long-lasting relationships with customers who have a passion for the latest cosmetics, beauty and fragrance trends.

Qualifications:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software.
• Sales-driven with a genuine passion for beauty and customer satisfaction.

Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 8-16 per week

Salary: $17.50-$20.00 per hour
