Assistant Property Manager

We are hiring for an Assistant Property Manger in Toronto. Locations you will need to assist with are Mt. Pleasant & Eglinton, Yonge & Sheppard, Yonge & Erskine. A vehicle is an absolute must. Other qualifications are:

· Strong organization and time management skills.

· Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.

· Knowledge of Property Management and the Residential Tenancy Act.

· Knowledge of computers and software programs such as word, excel and SharePoint.

· Assist in managing all aspects of the building, residents, and maintenance.

· Ability to work independently and a self starter.

· Walk grounds to ensure that the building and grounds are safe, clean, and presentable.

· Assist with phone calls, read and responding to emails.

· Review work orders.

· Cover admin lunch breaks.

· Cover the front desk during Admin vacation.

· Respond to tenant questions, concerns, emergencies, and complaints in a timely manner.

· Coordinate with all sites to ensure filing is brought to head office weekly.

· Assist the Regional and Property Manager with the move ins and move outs.

· Monitor building activities.

· Assist the Regional and Property Manager with performing administrative tasks such as filing, creating spreadsheets ect.

· Understand and comply with health and safety practices, work instructions and procedures.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From $47,000.00 per year
