Working together to provide essential services to communities across Western Canada, we are Applications Administrator - Supply Chain (temporary, up to 18 months) on a temporary basis at our Home Office in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.

What you’ll do:

You will maintain the day-to-day functionality of selected supply chain applications, including time spent developing system enhancements and installing software upgrades.

  • You will ensure all critical applications are operational 24/7. This will include the Supply Chain software packages: Priya (WMS), ePlum, HQ Pricing System, Category Analyzer, OTM, OMS and PMM. Rely on Knowledge and experience to make required technical decisions to get problems resolved in a timely fashion.
  • You will install software upgrades and thoroughly test new software upgrades through a formal test scripting process to make sure all system integrations and processes work as expected prior to deployment.
  • You will develop new system functionality and enhancements. Initially, this will mainly focus on the transition from mainframe integrations to JDA PMM and other new supply chain applications, with related project involvement including integration design, testing, and implementation.
  • You will log and report on the progress of any bugs or support issues for all the supported systems. As part of this, maintain system downtime logs so that system availability targets can be developed, measured, and evaluated.

Who you are:

You are looking for a career in Information Technology and:

  • You have a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • You have 6-9 years of relevant progressively responsible experience in IT Oracle, PL/ SQL Programming, UNIX Shell Scripting, Java and SQL*Plus experience (will consider candidates with an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience).
  • You have a working knowledge of MS Office Tools (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint,
  • Visio).
  • You have experience in Supply Chain systems.
  • You’re honest and trustworthy, are results-oriented and strive to be the best in what you do.
  • You believe in collaboration, building relationships and value the perspectives of others.
