We are looking for an Advisor New Construction, Energy Conservation Programs to join our team!

The main focus of this role is to be accountable for the design and operational execution of an Affordable Housing Energy Conservation Program that meets prescribed targets and budgets. This includes program implementation, management of day to day program delivery to optimize results, developing program changes, process improvements and strategic direction.

What You Will Do

• Prepare sector plans and program offers and identify resource requirements (internal and/or external) for implement.
• Manage the delivery channels and the delivery of programs through sales, sector channels & delivery agents using a broad array of industry allies, partners and associations as required.
• Forecast targets and budgets for program offer(s) identifying and implementing opportunities for optimization. Tracking of targets as required by role.
• Lead Delivery Agents and third-party service provider contracts and performance to improve results.
• Identify marketing budget requirements and support marketing plan development and execution including material review of program sales promotions, advertising, brochures, web presence and public relations.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external partners including retailers, key contractors, partners as required to facilitate effective operation of program offerings.
• Engage Market Research and Business Intelligence to identify initiatives that provide insights to support market planning, program development and implementation, monitoring and evaluation.
• Prepare and present program descriptions and performance related information to external partners such as customers, industry associations and trade allies as the need arises by role’.
• Engage with internal/external collaborations and pilots applicable to the Energy Conservation sector.
  

Who You Are

You have the following education and experience:

• Related university degree and 4 years or more years of directly related experience in program design, implementation, marketing, project management, tracking and reporting for targets and budgets and industry code, standards and technology.
• Ability to communicate in a clear, concise and organized manner.
• Ability to lead various initiatives in the program lifecycle and relationship management.
• Outstanding ability to work Efficiently in a team, analyze and resolve complex problems, develop program strategies, implement change, improve work practices.
• Strong ability to focus on achieving results, process mapping and customer journey.
  

Working Conditions

This role has flexibility for the incumbent to work in North York Victoria Park, Chatham Corp 50 Keil, London Union Gas, Ottawa Office, or Stoney Creek .

Occasional travel within the region may be required.
