Fundy Textile is searching for a passionate individual to join our team as an Account Manager based in our Moncton Sales office. Our candidate will be responsible for generating sales orders and acting as the primary contact for our clients. You will work closely with our production team to ensure order accuracy and delivery of goods in a timely manner.

Over the years our customers have come to trust us to design and deliver their promotional solution. Our 40,000 square foot facility has a production capacity of 12,000 printed garments daily as well as 5000 embroideries. Our Art department takes great pride in creating unique and trendy designs.

As one of the largest Advertising Specialties Organization in Canada, our volume purchasing and production capacity gives us a pricing and delivery advantage in the market, which is reflected in the prices we offer.

Responsibilities Include

  • Be proactive in replying to customer inquiries regarding services and availability of products.
  • Working with the Sales Manager to achieve pre-determined projections from existing and potential customers.
  • Strengthen customer relationships resulting in increased customer awareness, satisfaction, and loyalty.
  • Communicating with Customer and Sales Manager regarding all customer issues.
  • Monitoring orders and make amendments to contracts and orders when required.
  • Be aware and communicate any changes to marketing trends to Fundy.
  • Maintaining a clean, organized showroom and sample package.
  • Generating reports as required.

Previous sales or account management experience would be an asset.

Remuneration: Commensurate with experience, base salary plus commission. Benefits: Medical Benefits of Health, Dental, AD&D, LTD and Life Insurance paid via a 50/50 split between employer and employee.
