The automotive industry is changing rapidly, with exciting opportunities for new solutions and service providers. Phyron markets its solution to leading car dealerships and partners across Europe, and is now expanding into North America.

THE SOLUTION

Using Phyron’s solution, car dealerships can automatically generate sophisticated, high-quality videos for all vehicles in stock – for their homepage, social media, or other platforms such as marketplaces or classifieds.

JOB DESCRIPTION

As an Account Executive you will

  • Analyze the automotive retail market; identify, create, develop, and manage new and existing opportunities
  • Use all communication methods necessary to establish contact and book meetings – including the phone!
  • Travel to meet with potential customers face to face when necessary – traveling will be required, so a valid driving license is a must.
  • Manage negotiations and contracts, and continually develop sustainable customer relations
  • Document your activities and business opportunities, sales plans, and roadmaps to move them further up the value chain.
  • Provide timely feedback to senior management of the market situation, including competitors’ activities
  • Grow the market and build your own sales team over time.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

You are a driven, self-organized and decisive sales person with:

  • 5+ years experience in a B2B sales- or sales manager role within the automotive retail industry or its software providers (CMS, DMS, etc.);
  • Completed education or university degree in Sales, marketing, and/or business management;
  • Ability to sell at C-level, and experience in managing large and complex accounts;
  • Deep knowledge and understanding about the Canadian automotive retail industry;
  • Account planning and management skills;
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills;
  • Ability to work across functions and partners to deliver to the customer expectations;
  • Ability to conduct complex contract discussions and legal understanding;
  • Leadership skills to build and lead a sales team;
  • Native French and Fluent English language skills.
