About the role

We are looking for extraordinary marketing talent to drive integrated marketing campaigns for DDS Wireless’ SaaS offerings. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a passion for marketing and technology. This person will help design and execute digital marketing campaigns using both paid and owned media channels. He/She will create segment specific marketing campaigns to launch new products, drive customer awareness, product trials, and conversion to paid subscriptions. How will you help

  • Work with leadership team to define marketing strategy and marketing calendar for the year
  • Develop and execute the strategy for all traffic-driving channels, including SEM, SEO, Social, Display, Events, as well as identifying, and launching new channels
  • Execute demand generation program that integrates content marketing across all channels to drive lead generation, product trials, conversion to paid trials, and grow ARR
  • Make new campaign recommendations based on A/B testing and customer insights research
  • Ensure consistent and effective messaging across all platforms including social media, webinars, AdWords campaigns, online advertising, email programs, tradeshows, and outbound call campaigns.
  • Build go-to-market plans for new product launches in partnership with product marketing, sales, and customer support
  • Manage marketing campaign budget and align expected KPIs including impressions, qualified leads, conversion rates, CAC and LTV.
  • Measure, analyze and optimize marketing campaigns to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI

What we want from you

  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience (preferably in a SaaS environment)
  • Experience working with tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Adwords, and running marketing campaigns leveraging Facebook and/or LinkedIn
  • Experience working with other teams such as product marketing, content marketing, and sales to develop and execute a demand generation plan
  • Data-driven decision making with the ability to report on campaign metrics that highlights the relationship between your programs, sales pipeline creation, closed sales, and incremental revenue
  • A keen interest in learning about our target customer segments to develop effective, integrated marketing programs
  • Ability to work independently, with a demonstrated ability to take initiative
  • Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to multi-task effectively and work under pressure to tight deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with a variety of stakeholders
