H-Pro Account Sales Associate

Full-time, Permanent Position

For those with a passion and determination, and the love for the Building Material Industry theH-Pro Account Sales Associateis a great steppingstone for advancement to H-Pro Sales Associate Team Leader, Outside Sales or even Store management. Employee advancement is the key to our success.

H-Pro Account Sales Associates (HProASAs) build and manage relationships with our H Pro customers and prospective customers. HProASAs are responsible for driving sales by identifying solutions using Herman’s Supply Company’s full product offerings. Servicing the H Pro’s needs is a top priority, and individuals in this role must have through knowledge across all departments. H-Pro Account Sales Associates will enhance the value of Herman’s Supply Company.

Job Summary
  • You work with your customers to improve their business, "Helping them win"
  • Developing ongoing relations with customers of Herman’s Supply Company and our Suppliers
  • Proactively driving sales, through existing customer growth and/or generating new prospects & leads
  • Providing & managing customer pricing & quotes
  • Processing inbound orders, via In store, Email, Phone, Text
  • Handling inbound customer calls.
  • Managing and developing an assigned customer base using our CRM
  • Working with logistic to meet customer demands and requirements
  • Meet or exceed sales goals while driving a strong customer experience
  • Handle customer complaints in a positive and constructive manner
  • Review and verify proper material is loaded, delivered with completes shipping paperwork
  • Become highly knowledgeable in all products. Attend training courses as required by management in relation to store procedures, and products
  • Strictly adhere to and comply with all health and safety rules, regulations, and legislation

Requirements

Successful team members must:
  • Have a College Diploma or Bachelor Degree is highly preferred
  • Be a self-starter, and highly motivated
  • Have a valid G license
  • Have a strong customer service attitude and enjoy interacting with customers
  • Possess intermediate to advanced analytical skills
  • Have strong organizational and presentation skills
  • Have the ability to build working relationships
  • Possess intermediate proficiency in the MS Office suite
  • Have flexible hours
  • Provide a clean police background check
  • Have the ability to follow oral or written instructions; read and acknowledge completion of work orders
