Precision Aviation Group is a leading provider of products and value-added services to the aerospace industry with 22 sales and services facilities located throughout the United States, Canada, South America, Singapore & Australia. A position has become available at our Surrey, BC, Canada facility for a Warehouse & Logistics Officer to join our small and energetic team on a full time basis.

Your responsibilities will include;

· Assist with prompt processing of all incoming and outgoing shipments

· Inspection & Receipt of purchase orders on to ERP system.

· Process and organize both domestic & international shipments electronically.

· Working closely with sales staff to arrange the picking, packing and shipment of orders to ensure customer needs and expectations are met

· Organize and maintain inventory and the warehouse to ensure a safe, clean and functional working area

· Maintain inventory by conducting regular physical counts, reconciling variances and inputting data.

The successful applicant will demonstrate;

· Previous experience and a solid understanding of warehouse management systems (Previous experience in the Automotive, heavy machinery or Aviation experience advantageous)

· Knowledge & understanding of warehouse safety

· Be self-motivated, hands on and enjoy working with people at all levels

· Have strong written and verbal communication skills

· Experience using emails, MS Office and basic inventory operating systems.

· DG Training and Forklift Training highly beneficial not mandatory

Salary: $47,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
