About the job:

We are looking for a highly ambitious and diligent individual with an exceptional work ethic to join us as a Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist. We’re in hyper-growth mode and have aggressive goals to scale our team and our product. This opportunity does not require any prior recruitment experience but rather a set of characteristics - competitiveness, tenacity and a passion for the pursuit of excellence. Responsibilities:

    • Act as Jerry’s ambassador to top talent across competitive markets in the U.S., Canada and China
    • Parter with talent acquisition specialists and source candidates to build our top funnel pipelines
    • Conduct market and competitor research, develop headhunt target lists for active requisitions
    • Source, evaluate and interview top talent to support ongoing team growth across marketing, business development, product, finance, operations, etc
    • Nurture relationships with passive talent through traditional and creative means
    • Work closely with hiring leaders and the talent acquisition team to achieve quarterly hiring goals
    • Explore and experiment with innovative recruitment methods to attract and engage with top talent

Hard requirements:

    • Bachelor’s Degree from a competitive program
    • 1-3 years experience in fast-paced sales, marketing, hospitality or related environment
