Our client is currently seeking a reliable and hard working associates to join their team. Our clients are in the plumbing supplies industry. We are currently looking for an associate to start ASAP on Day shift as Customer Service Rep.

Location:

• Dufferin and Dundas

Shifts:

• Days - 7:00am to 5:00pm (Monday to Friday)

Pay:

• $20

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Help customers that enter store or call into store to inquire on products
• Conducting inside sales and upselling
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
• Ability to answer customer questions regarding the products and pricing
• Upsell products to customers
• Respectfully and capably represent the best interests of the client in all internal and external dealings.
• Providing professional and superior customer service to all customers
• Other general duties

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Must have Customer Service experience
• Sales experience is a strong asset
• Post-secondary diploma or degree in a related discipline preferred, or other jobs related or equivalent business experience.
• Must be presentable
• Must have a friendly and professional attitude
• Must demonstrate a keen attitude to learning
• Must have excellent communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Plumbing industry
• Experience with sales and customer service
• Knowledge of plumbing supplies

• French not required

Education:

• AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
• Sales: 1 year (preferred)
• Plumbing industry: 1 year (preferred)
