Description:
Guards placed at Somerset Place will act primarily as Concierge at the front desk. Welcoming residents and visitors as they enter and leave the building, access control and public interaction will be the primary responsibilities for this role. Guards will also be responsible for all the public areas of the site, including the lobby, stairwells and hallways.

Prerequisites:
At the time of the interview, applicants must be able to produce proof of completion of the following:

Successful completion of Paladin’s online Customer Service

Successful completion of Paladin’s online High-rise Tower Security

First Aid & CRP Level C

Use of Force

Non-Violent Crisis Intervention

Basic Security Officer Training

A Valid Ontario Security Guard License
