We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our growing team! Reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition, you will take a leadership role on a portfolio of tech roles across the organization and own your entire end-to-end recruitment funnel. As an early member of this team, you will be given the autonomy and support you need to do your best work as you partner with hiring leaders to grow their teams.

The ideal candidate for this role is a self-starter who can pave their own path with minimal guidance. The candidate selected for this role will have a minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience, a collaborative and team-oriented approach, and the ability to manage a large number of requisitions concurrently.

This position is available for those based in Toronto or who would like to work remotely within Canada.

You will:

    • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for roles within Acuity’s Tech teams, from kickoff to offer acceptance, ensuring the highest standards and a seamless experience for internal stakeholders and candidates
    • Own a large portfolio of roles and relationships with hiring managers and senior management
    • Be the go-to person for all hiring concerns as they relate to your portfolio of roles
    • Be a partner to the Director of Talent Acquisition and act as an advocate and coach on recruitment best practices and standards to our hiring teams
    • Work highly autonomously while advocating for effective collaboration with your team members
    • Masterfully manage your time between hiring manager relationships, candidate communication, phone screens, sourcing, and pipeline management
    • Be an early and key contributor to the on-going development and execution of Acuity’s overall sourcing and recruitment strategy
    • Promote new career opportunities through your network and various channels
    • Maintain a world-class candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
    • Provide support for various employer branding and recruitment projects

You have:

    • 5+ years of full-cycle talent acquisition experience, with at least 2 years of experience recruiting for technical roles
    • Working knowledge of technical aspects within software engineering
    • Passion and dedication to establishing an exceptional candidate experience
    • Extensive experience using LinkedIn Recruiter
    • Experience using industry-standard applicant tracking systems (we use Lever)
    • A proven track record of successfully identifying and closing exceptional talent for high-volume, fast-paced recruiting teams
    • Extensive experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches and stakeholder relationships
    • Extreme attention to detail
    • Strong organization, negotiation, and written & verbal communication skills

Nice to haves:

    • Experience using Lever
    • An interest in employer branding and marketing
    • Experience working in AdTech
