The Senior Director, Operations Finance will be instrumental in leading and driving the planning and forecasting process, providing insightful analyses and information, and partnering with senior operations management to provide advice and guidance for optimal decision making for manufacturing operations.

Essential Functions

• Finance Business Partner to the SVP of WW Manufacturing
• Lead the Annual Operating Plan and Quarterly Forecast for Manufacturing
• Work with executive stakeholders to generate/maintain a 3-year long range plan that incorporates the financial impacts of the Company’s strategies and initiatives
• Oversee the monthly and quarterly close process including spend flux analysis, inventory, and manufacturing variance.
• Responsible for reporting and analytics and present financial results to executives on monthly basis
• Lead the quarterly standard cost setting
• Leading the development, monitoring, and reporting of key operational metrics and driving processes to improve consistent productivity and efficiency improvements
• Build and lead a highly capable team to meet business needs

Requirements

• 15+ years of Finance FP&A experience, preferably in finance operations roles
• Experience in hardware, component, or equivalent multi-national company at corporate headquarters.
• Excellent analytical, organization and communication (both written and verbal) skills with the ability to work independently and interact effectively with all levels of management; detail oriented a must.
• Ability to produce high quality financial reports, analysis, for all levels including board of directors, executive management, or team members requiring more depth of information.
• Fast paced with the ability to be flexible and prioritize multiple tasks and manage to deadlines.
• Creative, change oriented, understands cross functional business processes, and can drive improvements.
• High degree of sensitivity and discretion in working with confidential information, required.
• Strong computer skills, with advanced level Excel skills.
• Experience with Oracle R12, Hyperion required; can work collaboratively with IT partners to define requirements and work towards project deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. MBA preferred.
