Responsibilities

Buyer Responsibilities:
  • Negotiate price, delivery, quality
  • Develop and manage business relationships with suppliers
  • Identify product opportunities by obtaining market information and conducting product suitability analysis
  • Study the market and be on the lookout for new products in the market
  • Perform purchase order entry
  • Confirm receipt of purchase orders from suppliers
  • Follow up on overdue orders
  • Validate inventory adjustments that could have an impact on the service rate and act accordingly
  • Collaborate with different departments such as accounting, warehouse and sales

Qualifications

What we’re looking for:
  • Someone who is curious
  • Bilingual
  • Minimum 1 year experience in purchasing
