Who are we?

D Way Foods Inc. is fast growing Japanese Food distributor located in Vancouver East.

We are offering a wide range of products from seafood to Japanese condiments, and beverage to Japanese restaurants in lower mainland.

We are looking for Customer Coordinator who can speak Chinese starting February 21st 2022.

The ideal candidate will be good communication skill with Supervising and Training skills.

Marketing back ground an asset.

What is your day look like? :

- Communicate and plan your team (Customer Relation) to Coordinator to improve the customer profile and portfolio

- Assist and solve customer issue and Customer Relation issue

- Plan on promotion new item, promotion of new menu idea with other Coordinator and execute through your CR team.

- Report to Manager for market movement, trend, competitor activity

Requirements

- Chinese speaker

- 3 year of experience in customer service or sales rep

- Action and Goal Oriented

- Good communication skill to team, customer and your staff

Hour

40 hours per week

Our office hours are 7:30~17:30 Monday to Saturday, your hour will be rotation base and depending on customer needs.

Compensation

Depending on your experience and performance

This position compensation is from 42,000 ~ (Depending on experience and performance)

Optional Extended Medical Program available.
