Role Responsibility:

This position is responsible to support the operational needs of the branch including Humans resources, administrative and receptionist duties. This role ensures that day to day HR metrics are updated, other duties to assist branch HR Manager are coordinated accordingly , as well as the receptionist ongoing tasks are completed. Also, this position will order and distribute uniforms while maintaining an accurate inventory.

Specific duties performed and essential functions: (but not limited to)

• Recruiting and hiring guards
• Conducting interviews
• Leading orientations
• Administrative tasks including updating computer systems with terminations and new hires and keeping on top of paperwork.
• Maintaining and updating employee files

The Ideal Candidate:

Education, experience and skills:

• Completing of High School Diploma
• 2 to 5 years of experience in the security field
• 2 years experience in administration and/or recruiting
• Bilingual (an asset)
• Full-Time Permanent (not term)
