We are hiring a bilingual Project Director with a background in the pharmaceutical industry. Working closely within our small team and in collaboration with our freelancers, you will be responsible for the entire lifeline of multiple medical education programs and corporate video production projects. This is an office-based position in Pointe-Claire with the option of working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Effectively manage and communicate project expectations to team members in a timely and clear fashion.
• Estimate the resources and timeline needed to reach project completion.
• Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and help devise contingency plans.
• Review deliverables prepared by team before completion of project.

Education/ Core attributes:

• University degree or other post-secondary education certificate
• Experience in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry
• Experience in media rich environments a plus
• Experience in CME industry a plus

Key Competencies

• Superior organizational and time management skills. Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Communication skills - Must apply interpersonal skills to properly liaise with internal team members (sales, production) and understand client needs.
• Strong computer skills, with the ability to learn new applications. Adept in Microsoft Office, Google apps.
• Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop or other graphic design programs a plus.
• Flexibility - Adapt schedule in times of heavy workload, with the ability to multitask.

Linguistic Requirements: English and/or French – Excellent Oral & Written

Years of experience: A minimum of 3-5 years relevant experience.
