You’ll be responsible for:

• Developing and maintaining the Primavera P6 schedule for MCS annual work plans, including deliverables, key milestones, and KPIs based on the scope sheets and other inputs from program leads.
  
• Conducting regular rolling schedule sessions with program leads to properly expand the deliverables and tasks in the Primavera P6 schedule.
  
• Ensuring proper communication and follow-up with program leads to ensure that the schedule and risks/issues are updated on a weekly basis.
  
• Liaising with program leads and other input providers to prepare, review, and critique the Bi-weekly flash report.
  
• Preparing and issuing the weekly 90 DLA to internal and external stakeholders.
  
• Updating the P6 schedule based on internal SharePoint sites.
  
• Preparing necessary processes, procedures, and work instructions for MCS reporting.
  
• Ensuring proper storage of documents in ProjectWise.
  
• Assisting in updating MCS risks, issues, actions, and lessons learned.
  
• Preparing and updating the MCS reporting and meeting calendar.
  
• Assisting in providing inputs for MCS Power BI Reporting.
  
• Assisting in documenting changes to annual work plan scope and deliverables.
  
• Coaching MCS team on the best practices to provide inputs for MCS reports.
  
• Ensuring the MSC schedule during annual work plan preparation reflects all deliverables, KPIs, and major milestones.
  
• Facilitating MCS risk and issuing meetings to ensure all items have been properly captured and mitigated.
  
• Ensuring that schedule delays have been properly captured and that the reasons for the delays have been recorded for future reference.
  
• Demonstrating competence in conducting rolling schedule sessions to ensure that the MCS schedule is properly detailed and reflects the work conducted by the MCS team accurately.
  
• Ensuring that the MCS Schedule includes all scopes and KPIs defined in the annual work plans, and that deletions, exclusions, and changes are properly documented.
  
• Demonstrating an innovative mindset in utilizing new technologies and toolsets to optimize the MCS reporting regime.

You’ll need to have:

• Experience in establishing/working in a program management regime on a major infrastructure program (rail preferred) scheme.
  
• Program/project controls experience in a complex multi-discipline project/program.
  
• Detailed knowledge of project controls techniques, including earned value management.
  
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  
• Strong data analysis and presentation skills.
  
• Stamina and resilience required to deliver a major program.
  
• Expertise in Primavera P6.
  
• Exposure to Power BI reporting.
