Paladin Security Mobile Supervisor - Kingston Region

As a supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the mobile department by providing direction, motivation, and ongoing training for the security team. Ensuring that all standing post orders and all scheduled daily activities are being performed/followed properly. Motivating staff daily to ensure work is performed at a high standard while maintaining a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Previous security experience is an asset
• Post-Secondary education in Law Enforcement/Security program from a recognized college
• Working knowledge of the Trespass to Property Act and Mental Health Act
• Valid Ontario Security Guard License
• Must possess a valid G Class Driver’s License and the ability to provide a clean driver’s abstract
• Valid First Aid & CPR Level C Certificate
