EXTERNAL POSTING – OPERATIONS CLERK (MAINTENANCE)

School District 67 Okanagan Skaha invites applicants for the position of Operations Clerk Maintenance Department This position effective as soon as possible, rate of pay for this position is 25 hours weekly @ $ 23.67

Successful candidates are subject to the terms of the Criminal Review Act.

Qualifications

Completion of Grade 12 plus 6 months post-secondary secretarial training, which includes Basic Accounting Courses equivalent to Okanagan College BAC 11 and BAC 12.

One Year recent successful experience in a secretarial position in a school, including six months working with student computerized administration/registration programs.

Typing speed of 60 wpm.

Excellent software application skills including word processing, databases, spreadsheets and communication programs.

Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing with students, employees and the public.

Excellent clerical skills.

Demonstrated organizational skills.

Readiness to be trained in and provide Level 1 First Aid.
