Office Administrator


Myers Orleans Chevrolet Buick GMC is looking for an energetic, self-driven individual to join the administrative team as an Office Administrator!


This full-time position would be Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 5:00 (with some flexibility).


You would be responsible for:

  • Answering all incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate department or person
  • Vehicle inventory management
  • Licensing
  • Other additional administrative duties and required

Applicants must have:

  • Experience working within an office with accounting functions
  • Excellent organization skills and attention to detail as well as good communication skills
  • Must be able to maintain strict deadlines
  • Motivation and drive to work independently with little supervision
  • Bilingualism is considered an asset, but not required
