Job Description

What you can expect in a typical day

The primary role of the Marketing Traffic Services Analyst is to maintain comprehensive knowledge of several data streams related to various lines of business. This role will receive, manipulate and analyze numerous reports, package that data in scorecards, identify anomalies or errors in the data packages and recognize patterns or trends relevant to each business line. Output is provided to Marketing managers and stakeholders who use scorecards to analyze market performance and inform marketing plans. The Traffic Services Analyst plays a key role in process improvement initiatives requiring extensive knowledge in various business platforms (Salesforce, Sharepoint, Bynder and Excel).

What You’ll Need To Succeed
  • Participate on projects led by collaborative business streams (IT, Digital, Marketing, Retail Innovation, etc..) providing data, research or process improvement recommendations
  • Understand each business line objectives, provide data analysis, identify patterns and trends and make recommendations based on them.
  • Investigate existing processes with identified gaps and develop data driven solutions
  • Prepare retail scorecards for Atlantic Canada, Quebec, Ireland and New England
  • Participate in ongoing meetings with our platform vendor and have knowledge of our ticket submissions and progress
  • Support Traffic Manager in the maintenance of workflow data and preparation of Creative Services quarterly scorecards
  • Perform data maintenance for the Digital Team
  • Prepare mobile app scorecards

  • Strong computer skills with an emphasis on Excel or other analytic software
Travel
  • Some travel may be a requirement for this role
Education And Experience
  • Minimum 3+ years experience in business analysis.
  • Strong computer skills with an emphasis on Excel or other analytic software.
  • Background in process improvement or project management an asset.
