We are looking for a Level 2 IT Administrator to work with our IT Support division who will be handling back end networking support.

Note:

It is a condition of employment that new employees provide proof that they are vaccinated against COVID-19 prior to the start date of employment. What you’ll do…

• Ensure optimal operations of all network hardware, equipment and solutions including WAN, routers, VPN’s, switches, hubs, UPSs, telephone system, etc
• Responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems, network servers, and virtualization
• Troubleshoot hardware and software errors by running diagnostics, documenting problems and resolutions, prioritizing problems, and assessing impact of issues.
• Plan, test and deploy maintenance fixes, patches, upgrades and enhancements to existing enterprise applications and execute on continuous service improvements in accordance with the change process and schedule.
• Manage, evaluate and administer Active Directory, MS Endpoint Configuration Manager and Microsoft 365 suite (including defender ATP, exchange, teams) in accordance with the change process and schedule.
• Ensure the stability and reliability of data access and data quality for enterprise applications via ongoing database support and maintenance including SQL & Active Directory.
• Maintain, support, and deploy automated windows 11 operating system images & patches user Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM).
• Support the configuration and installation of enterprise applications for small projects as identified by the IT Manager.
• Provides Technical support as an escalation point on Incidents, Requests, Problems & Changes.
• Maintain support on core infrastructure (HP Nimble, Synergy, Checkpoint)
• Assist in maintenance of support in Cisco equipment (switches, routers, VOIP, ISE). CCNA preferred.
• Continued support in office 365.
• Help maintain VMware infrastructure

Who you are:

• 5-7 years minimum work experience in a large network
• Diploma or equivalent qualification in networking or IT program.
• Good trouble shooting skills
• Excellent communication skills in English language
• Capable of work under minimal supervision

Salary: $40,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
