The Key Holders overall responsibility is to assist the Store Manager in leading a radical customer and employee experience that drive the Key Performance Indicator results that maximize store performance. As a part of the overall role , Key Holder Performance is based on three major areas of responsibility: People, Product and Place.

Key Holder must be able to:

-Execute Fossil Brand Philosophy and Company Vision

-Demonstrate leadership amongst peers by demonstrating personal customer service and selling skills

-Partner with store Manager to acquire skill set to establish goals that are specific, actionable and based on established KPIs

-Provide consistent Radical Guest experience through flawless presentation standards and detailed product knowledge

- Ensure operational tasks are completed such as replenishment and recovery of merchandise, cash handling and overall store organization and appearance

-Maintain a high level of personal integrity and accountability

-Manage all aspects of loss prevention

-Previous Key Holder experience is mandatory. References will be chequed.

Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20-30 per week

Salary: $17.00-$18.00 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:

• French not required

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus pay
