Inventory Management Coordinator - Traffic


About the Role:

  • Support sales with inventory inquiries and securing spots on contracts

  • Protect revenue booked and provide exceptional customer service by ensuring sponsorship placement, special customer requests, late bookings and all other revisions

  • Process program changes, assign and open inventory in a timely fashion

  • Handle program renegotiations and makegoods

  • Manage formats – commercial loads (adhering to any regulations), promotional elements, viewer advisories, described video announcements

  • Generate reports – avails, client reports, preemptions makegoods, sellout reports

  • Participate in system regression testing as required

  • Other duties as assigned


About You


What We Need From You:

  • Candidates should have experience with a traffic system (S4M preferred) in a Television Traffic environment or experience in an Advertising Agency Media department;

  • Detail-oriented, accurate and a quick learner;

  • Team player

  • Time management skills, ability to prioritize and multi task in a high paced environment

  • Flexibility with working hours and approach to change;

  • Exceptional Customer Service and communication skills;

  • Proficiency in MS Office, preference
