Inventory Management Coordinator - Traffic
About the Role:
Support sales with inventory inquiries and securing spots on contracts
Protect revenue booked and provide exceptional customer service by ensuring sponsorship placement, special customer requests, late bookings and all other revisions
Process program changes, assign and open inventory in a timely fashion
Handle program renegotiations and makegoods
Manage formats – commercial loads (adhering to any regulations), promotional elements, viewer advisories, described video announcements
Generate reports – avails, client reports, preemptions makegoods, sellout reports
Participate in system regression testing as required
Other duties as assigned
About You
What We Need From You:
Candidates should have experience with a traffic system (S4M preferred) in a Television Traffic environment or experience in an Advertising Agency Media department;
Detail-oriented, accurate and a quick learner;
Team player
Time management skills, ability to prioritize and multi task in a high paced environment
Flexibility with working hours and approach to change;
Exceptional Customer Service and communication skills;
Proficiency in MS Office, preference
