We are looking for a full time Inventory Control Clerk this role you will be entrusted to manage, reconcile, and audit customer secure assets.

As you can imagine it is essential to our business that our products meet a high standard of quality and security, in this role you will be responsible for managing the specification documents for all our products. You will gain an understanding of the complexity involved in the products we print. This role will allow you to acquire a concrete understanding of the complexity and unique features included in our versatile product line.

This role will allow you to work independently and manage your own time within certain parameters. We are looking for someone with integrity and rational thinking, an individual who is not afraid to go above and beyond but also willing to voice a mistake when it happens! Interacting with multiple departments and a variety of different personalities, you will need a strong sense of confidence and a diplomatic mentality to be successful.

What You Will do:

  Set the Standard: You will maintain and update all required inventory software for WIP materials while conducting checks on stored Inventory to ensure we are compliant with company standards.

  Love to Organize: Implementing inventory control measures, procedures and processing moves along with regular inventory checks at our various locations.
• 
  
  Staying ahead of the game:You’ll be on top of all things inventory by performing clerical functions, answering calls & emails data entry and assisting internal customers. You ll help prepare relevant reports and Direct unionized employees as necessary.
  

What Will Help You Succeed?

The ability to work independently, as well within a team environment is crucial to your success. Having experience in customer service will greatly help with your communication skills needed in this position. Previous experience where Time Management that will aid in your ability to balance multiple tasks especially as priorities change will be a major asset.

Knowledge/Experience

• Minimum High school diploma or equivalent required, along with a Minimum 2 years of Warehouse or inventory experience.
• Production and inventory management certifications, such as the Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) certificate or the Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) certificate would be an asset.
• Inventory Management computer programs
• MS Office Suite

Mandatory Requirements

• The ability to obtain and maintain, Government of Canada Secret (Level II) clearance;
