Our Surrey client has an exciting opportunity for a well-rounded Intermediate level accountant to join their growing team. This public company is a leader in its field and has aggressive growth plans that will result in an exciting career path for the person in this role. If you are newly designated or close, have a strong technical accounting foundation with GAAP and IFRS, have experience with financial reporting, ideally in a public company environment - this role will be of interest to you.

Our client would also consider someone coming from public practice, having worked with public company clients and interested in making a transition into an industry role with a great international organization.

Requirements

Experience requirements include:

• Financial statement preparation
• Budgeting
• Departmental and inventory cost analysis
• Cash-flow statements
• Banking and cash management
• Statutory tax filings and reconciliations
