Human Resources Advisor

We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated HR generalist to join our People and Culture team. You will be responsible for providing exceptional HR support as a member of a team of Administrative and Human Resources professionals. Through a business partner model, HR Advisors provide guidance and advice at all levels of the organization on all aspects of human resources, including employee and labour relations matters, workforce planning, recruitment, workplace issues, interpreting and applying collective agreements, HR policies and legislation, occupational, health and safety, disability management and attendance support, learning and development, maintaining and updating HR policies and procedures, HR data collection and reporting and working on various projects such as HRIS implementation and Equity, Diversity and Inclusion.
