Summary of Position:
Maintenance and upkeep of bathroom cleanliness: toilet paper, paper towels, soap, and garbage’s
Overall maintenance, cleanliness and organization of the restaurant and bar
Ensure bar is prepped with garnishes, syrups and infusions for service
Ensure bar is stocked with liquor, beer and wine
Ensure garbage, recycling and broken glass bins are set up
Responsible for maintaining up to date and excellent product knowledge on all food and beverage menus
Ping Pong Ball Collection & Santization
Assisting with the flow of service and running food and beverage when necessary
Ensure guest surfaces are cleaned and sanitized
Assist in table maintenance by bussing tables and clearing glassware and plates
Be readily available to take direction from all management personnel
To maintain and uphold a positive and inclusive workplace culture for both staff and guests
