Graphic Designer / Video Specialist

Andgo Systems uses intelligent automation to close the loop on employee absence management. Currently servicing Canadian Healthcare service providers, Andgo is expanding our absence management platform to additional markets and industries. This is where you come in, Andgo is seeking a creative member to join our marketing and sales team.

We’re seeking a skilled graphic designer /video specialist to own the creations and maintenance of both our marketing assets and content created to support the product and other marketing goals. As the Design/Video Specialist, you will be responsible for developing consistent, audience-appropriate marketing assets and communications. This position is responsible for ensuring excellence in graphic design and working collaboratively across teams to produce engaging, quality, attention-grabbing visual content for our target markets.

Responsibilities

• A key contributor to Andgo positioning/messaging strategy & tactics, including campaign and collateral creation
• Champion content development and ensure creative elements are integrated and synched with all other channels to drive: brand awareness, engagement, dialogue, and sales
• Andgo digital brand, website look and feel, asset library, graphics, video strategy and creation
• Owner and SME of Andgo’s brand book and visual asset library
• Successful development and execution of marketing campaigns
• Produce compelling and technically advanced assets for marketing, sales, and customer success teams at Andgo
• Collaborate with marketing and product marketing teammates to support our website design and content marketing (blog, social media assets, and more).
• Help bring new ideas for design and content creation to the team using your expertise and eye for great design.
• Scope and create templates for our marketing team to be more efficient in their posting on social media, the blog, email, and other channels.
• Manage and collaborate on sales assets such as presentations, proposals, reports, signage, and trade show collateral as needed.
• Create content and contribute to Marketing projects and one-off tasks as required

Desired Skills and Experience

• BA/BS in Design, Marketing, etc., or equivalent working experience
• 3+ years experience as either an in-house designer or at a marketing agency
• Experience designing for a content management system
• Expert in Adobe Creative Suite or similar technologies
• Strong video creation and editing skills
• Experience working on Marketing project work
