Hariri Pontarini Architects (HPA) is looking for an innovative graphic designer to join our marketing team and help support the future evolution of our firm.:

We are transforming our Marketing Department to support the dynamic work and strategic growth of the firm and are looking for a junior Graphic Designer who is ambitious, versatile, keen on participating in the design process, excited about learning from others and continuously developing their skills.

In this role, you will bring strategic ideas to life in novel and exciting ways by contributing to the development and creation of visual communication projects. The primary focus of this role will be producing material that supports our branding and visual identity. Proficiency across various mediums and technical software and working knowledge of detail-oriented design tasks are required.

Our core working hours are Mon to Fri 9:00 – 6:00, However; we do offer a hybrid and flexible work environment.

As a Graphic Designer, you will::

• Support the development and production of compelling, compliant, and high-quality marketing designer
• Review design briefs and conceptualize visuals based on requirements
• Create the visual aspects for presentations, websites, social media, books, magazines, pursuits and events
• Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
• Work with the Lead Visual Strategist and the team to produce the final design
• Test graphics across various media
• Amend designs after feedback
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand

To help you in achieving your objectives you will have::

• A Degree or a Diploma in Graphic Design or a related field
• 2+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer
• Advanced knowledge and skills in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience with motion design and video editing, using software such as Adobe After Effects and Premier
• Possess good-to-excellent knowledge of graphic design principles such as typography, visual storytelling, hierarchy and structure, interactivity and web-design principles, and photography/photo editing
• Ability to multi-task on various projects in a deadline-oriented environment
• A strong interest in design, architecture and interior design
