Homestarts is a non-profit company which provides management and maintenance services to apartment and townhouse non-profit and co-operative housing properties throughout Ontario. We are looking for a reliable person experienced in maintenance and renovations to work at a co-operative townhouse properties in London. This position is full-time, 40 hours per week working at 2 different locations.

Duties include:

• Drywall repair / replacement
• Minor Plumbing and Electrical Repairs (i.e. changing faucets, toilets, ballasts, outlets)
• Flooring repairs / replacement (hardwood, laminate, tiles)
• Cabinet and counter repair / replacement
• Painting
• Fencing repairs
• Waste removal from vacant units
• Other duties as may be required

It may be necessary to provide your own basic tools. Although you report to a Coordinator, it’s essential that you are able to work independently and without supervision.
