仕事内容

Answer all incoming calls promptly, and direct calls to the appropriate individuals.

  • Handle general inquiries from callers.
  • Communicate with all callers in a friendly, efficient and professional manner and attempt to minimize the amount of time they are placed on hold.
  • Takes detailed messages when calls cannot be transferred, including the caller’s name, phone number, time of call and information requested; forwards messages to correct party in a timely manner.
  • Welcomes guests to the dealership and inquires as to the purpose of their visit. Refers them to the appropriate department/personnel.
  • Filters incoming calls at the request of management.
  • Maintains a professional appearance and a tidy workstation.
  • Follow all company and manufacturer policies, directives and procedures.
  • Performs other tasks, based on management requirements and instructions.

Requirements:

· High level of customer satisfaction.

Efficiency and accuracy of maintaining files.

· Punctuality.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $14.50-$15.00 per hour

  • 8 hour shift

Education:

  • Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:

  • administrative assistant: 1 year (preferred)
  • receptionist: 1 year (preferred)
